Every event is unique, and there are many variables that determine the price of your event. Our prices start at $400 an hour with minimums and add-ons required. Please fill out an inquiry form with the information for your event, and we will get you a custom quote!

We are located on the southeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. All rentals include 50 miles roundtrip with each additional mile at $2.50/mile each way. Any travel over 2 hours one way may require additional fees and/or overnight accommodations.

Per Indiana Law, for an event where you would like spirits served then we are considered a “dry hire”. Meaning we provide everything BUT the alcohol. We help curate a shopping list, facilitate the purchase, and help coordinate in order to make it as easy as possible for our host. Many stores now have delivery service, which helps streamline this process even more. This might be a new concept for some, but it actually works out well for the host. You are able to save money by getting the alcohol at cost.

You have a few options with beer and wine only. We can do exactly as stated above - We provide everything, and you purchase the beer and wine at cost. If you would like your guests to purchase their own beer or wine at your event then we can obtain a beer and wine permit for the day. In that case we can purchase and sell. This is also an option if you do not want to have to purchase it yourself from the store. There is a fee to obtain the permit and this can be a private or public event.

The Airstream is 22ft long and requires a clearance of 10 feet. It is about 8 feet wide, and needs ample space to completely circle around with the tow vehicle into it’s desired location. The airstream can only be parked on flat ground. Pictures of the space are required. The Airstream requires a standard 110 plug with a 20 amp breaker. If no power source is available there is an additional fee to bring a generator.

Joystream is not a licensed “food truck” so we do have certain health department restrictions for public events. For alcoholic options, beer and wine only are allowed for public events (with a temporary permit) per Indiana Law. Inquire for more information/clarification.

If we are serving on private property we are not as restricted. Inquire for more information.

Every event and venue is different. Contact us and we will help work with your venue to see if they can accommodate Joystream’s beverage service. What’s great about Joystream is that even if you cannot use us for beverage service she is just as spectacular as a photo booth or even a getting ready space for your big day.
